Activism and campaigning around Autistic rights. Autistic pride events and more.

Helping you to flourish authentically! Discovering and working with your values and strengths to help you to live and work in ways that are true to you. I provide a safe, encouraging space without judgment where you can explore what matters to you.

We work online supporting Autistic young people to connect with Autistic adults and peers, our focus is on community, belonging and affirming self-understanding. We are led by Jess Garner and currently have a team of 16 Autistic Mentors. We are based in the UK but able to work with young people in the EU, US, Canada and some other countries.

Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Diagnostic services are limited to this area due to licensure restrictions. Aslynn also offers non-clinical consultation for when you just want to talk to someone who understands what it means to be Autistic, Neurodivergent, or just sort of exploring what Neurodiversity truly means.

Open Fields Affirming Practice offers flexible, neurodiversity-affirming therapy, thoughtfully tailored for adults of all neurotypes. Here, your lived experience is honoured, never pathologised. You can bring your uncertainty, curiosity, or even the feeling that something isn’t quite right; all parts of you are welcome. If you long for a space where you can simply be yourself, without needing to explain or mask, we can explore together what meaningful support might look like for you.
