Mindfully Divergent
Our Mindfulness Peer Support sessions offer a calm, neurodivergent-friendly space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. Gently guided and fully inclusive, these sessions are designed to support wellbeing in a way that feels accessible and pressure-free—join in whatever way works best for you.
