We have divided the recordings into three convenient bundles, so you can choose the conference content that interests you most. Each bundle brings together selected presentations from the relevant conference day, along with bonus pre-recorded sessions that were not shown during the live event.
Watch in your own time, pause when you need to, and return to the sessions whenever you want. Whether you are an Autistic person exploring your own mental health, a practitioner looking for more appropriate approaches, or a professional seeking alternatives to traditional behaviourist models, these recordings offer valuable perspectives from Autistic speakers and advocates.
Day 1 Bundle

The first day of the Second Annual Autistic Mental Health Conference, Friday 14th August 2026, brought together Autistic practitioners, researchers and community advocates to explore mental health on Autistic terms.
With the Day 1 Bundle, you can access selected presentations from the first day and watch them at your own pace. In addition, the bundle includes bonus pre-recorded sessions from speakers whose presentations were not aired during the live conference.

- David Gray-Hammond – ‘Understanding Autistic Experience: A Relational, Ecosystemic View to Support Autistic Mental Health’ .Bio – David is CEO and Founder of NeuroHub Community Ltd, an organisation providing online peer support, and diagnostic wellbeing support for Autistic Adults.
- Jess Nicks – ‘Deb!tch Your Brain’ . Bio – Jess Nicks is an NLP trainer, coach, speaker and creator of Deb!tch Your Brain® and the sell-out award-nominated Brighton Fringe show B!itch On The Mic. Late-diagnosed with ADHD, she transformed lifelong shame and self-doubt into unapologetic confidence. Now she helps others rewire unhelpful narratives, regulate their nervous systems, embrace their neurodivergence and unlock their full potential with courage, humour and honesty.
- Lawrence Kampf – ‘Grounding: Embodiment and Regeneration for the Neuro-complex – an experience ‘. Bio – Audhd, PDA, cPTSD – Lawrence Kampf is a veteran coach, energy medicine master teacher, mentor and educator specializing in the transformational growth and healing of unconventional, neurodiverse and creative leaders. He has a unique understanding of the developmental stages of transformational work and delights in supporting these shifts in others.
- David Gray-Hammond & Tanya Adkin – ‘The Ecosystemic Model of Distress: An ecological approach to Autistic and monotropic wellbeing’ . Bio – David is CEO and Founder of NeuroHub Community Ltd, an organisation providing online peer support, and diagnostic wellbeing support for Autistic Adults. Tanya is a social care practitioner at ND Social Care, specialising in cases often considered too complex for local authorities.
- Dr Nick Walker- ‘Unorthodox Approaches to the Cultivation of Autistic Psychological Resilience’. Bio – Dr. Nick Walker is a professor of Psychology and Psychedelic Studies at California Institute of Integral Studies, and has been a leading thinker on neurodiversity for two decades. He is the author of the essay collection Neuroqueer Heresies and has co-edited multiple volumes of the annual neuroqueer story anthology Spoon Knife, as well as the forthcoming book Neurodiversity in Clinical Psychology & Counseling. He also writes the urban fantasy/sci-fi webcomic Weird Luck.

- Laura Hellfeld – ‘Health Needs are Not Behaviour: The “Performance Over Health” School CultureBio’ – Laura is a neurodivergent health educator, independent Nurse & Sleep Consultant, and author dedicated to reshaping how self-care is supported within neurodivergent and disabled communities. Their work centres on accessible approaches to food and eating, sleep, hygiene and toileting. Laura does this through direct support for individuals and families, as well as through workshops and educational events for both professionals and community members. They are also a Patron for Autistic Inclusive Meets (AIM) and member of the Autistic Burnout Network (ABN).
- Teodora Byrne – ‘Cultivating digital space: The mental health lifeline of the online autistic community’. Bio- Teodora Byrne, founder of NDwise Hub Consulting, late diagnosed AuDHD woman, speaker, consultant, writer, sensory integration facilitator and parent to three neurodivergent children. Through my work, I challenge harmful narratives around neurodivergence and centre dignity, autonomy, and safety for neurodivergent people and their families.
Day 2 Bundle

On Saturday 15th August 2026, the conference continued with another full day of discussion, research and lived experience focused on Autistic mental health.
This bundle provides selected recordings from Day 2, allowing you to revisit the presentations whenever you choose. Furthermore, you can pause, replay and return to the sessions as often as you need.

- Dr Nathan Keates – ‘Power and Meaning: Autistic Mental Distress’. Bio – Dr Nathan Keates is a Lecturer at the University of Sunderland in London, focusing on autistic individuals, neurodiversity, and disability. Their research emphasises the lived experiences of neurodivergent people and aims to promote inclusivity and societal change through advocacy and Critical Neurodiversity studies.
- Jessica Dark – ‘How workplace stress is often shaped by organisational systems’. Bio -Jessica Dark is a psychologist, lecturer, author, founder of ND Perspective. Her forthcoming book, Balance: How Neurodivergent Adults Can Nurture Holistic Wellbeing Across Work, Home, and Self-Care, explores practical approaches to supporting sustainable wellbeing across everyday life is released November 2026.
- Nic James – ‘The Sensory Scrum: Navigating the Microclimate of the Rugby Pitch as an Autistic Referee.’ Bio – Nic is a pharmacy and patient safety specialist who brings a disciplined, analytical approach to both healthcare and sport. As a former rugby player turned referee, he has spent years navigating the intense physical and sensory “microclimate” of the pitch. Recently diagnosed with autism, Nic has found new clarity in his neurodivergence, viewing it as a vital tool for identifying patterns and ensuring safety in high-stakes environments. He is the proud father of an autistic daughter and is passionate about advocating for neuro-inclusive spaces in both professional and local communities.
- Karen Parker – ‘The Child Behind The Attendance Statistics’. Bio – Karen Parker is an MSc Speech and Language Therapy student and parent to an autistic child. She brings a lived experience perspective, sharing her family’s journey through school overwhelm and burnout. Her work focuses on increasing understanding of the links between communication, wellbeing and education, and advocating for more compassionate, individualised support for autistic children and their families. In this talk, she shares her family’s story to offer insight into how systems can better support autistic children before crisis point.
- Nikki Smith – ‘Platforming autistic voices in research’. Bio – Nikki Smith is a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Brighton, focusing on the diverse experiences of autistic young people of all genders in mainstream schools. With fifteen years of experience as a secondary school science teacher, former leader of the PSHE department, and autism specialist, Nikki is dedicated to participatory research that amplifies the voices of historically marginalised communities in schools. She has supported the work of the Neurodivergence Task and Finish group for the DfE and her work continues to aim to improve understanding and representation for autistic young people within the education system.
- Ed Shearer – ‘Being Pushed From Pillar To Post’. – Bio – Ed Shearer is a freelance Autistic advocate, trainer and speaker. Late diagnosed himself, Ed is passionate about creating positive change and improving understanding of autism and mental health. He has worked with his local mental health trust for the past three years and has delivered talks on autism in the workplace and autism and mental health.
- Erin Ekins – ‘Under The Double Rainbow: Growing up Queerly Autistic and Proud’. Bio –Erin (she/they) is a queer autistic author and speaker, specialising in the intersection between autism and LGBTQIA+ identities. Her first book, Queerly Autistic, a guide for queer, trans and questioning autistic teenagers, was longlisted for the Polari Children’s & YA Book Prize. Their second book, The Queerly Autistic Workbook, was published in March this year. They recently featured on the BBC after Queerly Autistic was at the centre of a school book ban – advocating against censorship and speaking out about the importance of access to books like hers for young people. Drawing on her own lived experience, this talk explores the challenges of growing up queer and autistic, and how access to LGBTQIA+ inclusive sex and relationship education is vital for the wellbeing of young autistic people.
Day 3 Bundle

The final day, Sunday 16th August 2026, brought the Second Annual Autistic Mental Health Conference to a close with further conversations about Autistic mental health, community, research and lived experience.

- Dilpreet Buxi – ‘Measuring What Cannot Be Seen: Closing the Gap Between Autistic Self-Report and Clinical Care’. Bio – Dilpreet Buxi is a founder and CEO at Philia Health, dedicated to bridging the gap between digital health technology and neurodivergent well-being. His work focuses on utilising wearable technology and objective physiological data to develop supportive and objective mental health tracking solutions that honour individual lived experiences and reduce guesswork for clinicians.
- Meryem Cetinkaya- “Autism, Suicidality, and Co-Created Care: Here to Help”. Bio – Meryem Coban Cetinkaya- With over ten years of experience as a psychological counsellor, Meryem has worked closely with individuals at risk, supporting their mental health and wellbeing. She holds master’s degrees in Women’s Studies and Applied Psychology, which inform her inclusive and intersectional approach. In recent years, Meryem has specialised in disability support, providing academic and wellbeing assistance to neurodivergent students in higher education. She currently leads the Here to Help project, an initiative dedicated to improving mental health outcomes and suicide prevention for autistic individuals and those with learning disabilities.
- Emily Nuttall – ‘Lived Experience of AUDHD, Autism, Anorexia, Trauma, Mental Health and Gambling Addiction’. Bio –Emily Nuttall is a lived-experience lead, neurodiversity advocate, trainer and speaker, currently studying BSc (Hons) Psychology with Counselling through the Open University. She is passionate about bridging the gap between lived experience and professional practice, with a focus on neurodiversity, eating disorders, mental health and youth support. Through her project work, training, speaking, research and advocacy, Emily champions inclusive, person-centred approaches that celebrate individual strengths and empower people to embrace their authentic selves.
- Isha Snow – ‘Diagnostic Visibility, Not Just Diagnosis: What Cross-National Data Reveals About How Cultures Recognize Autism’ – Bio –Isha Sarah Snow is a researcher in biocultural sociology at Washington State University Vancouver and the author of Autistic Standpoint Theory. Her work explores the intersection of standpoint theory, mathematical frameworks and social systems, with a focus on understanding neurodivergent lived experience. Isha is also the founder of the NeuroHomes Foundation, a nonprofit developing innovative, rural-first housing models for neurodivergent and underserved communities.
- Stacy Badon – ‘Parallel Neurotypes: Navigating Co-Regulation in Neurodivergent Families’. Bio -Stacy Badon is the CEO and founder of Everything Autism, supporting Autistic people and their families through parent coaching, advocacy, in-home support and education. She is passionate about promoting Autism Acceptance and Appreciation. In 2023, Stacy launched a Virtual Microschool for Autistic students, and she has since expanded her work through the Parent Empowerment Academy, helping families build collaborative, neuroaffirming support networks. She also co-hosts a podcast exploring a wide range of topics within the Autistic community.
- Amber Dawn – ‘The Breadth of Breaking Bread; Supporting Neurodivergent Relationships with Food Intake and Sharing A Meal’ . Bio – Amber Dawn is an Autistic speaker, advocate and coach who empowers neurodivergent people of all ages through personalised support that builds resilience, reduces stress and strengthens connection. She founded Neurodawnversity and works with individuals, families and organisations to create more inclusive, neuroaffirming approaches. Amber is also a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, Early Childhood Associate Teacher and Organic Intelligence Coach, as well as CFOO of the Meg Foundation, a nonprofit supporting children and families experiencing medical anxiety and pain.

- Jade Farrington – ‘Autistic Resistance and Challenging Neuronormativity in the Therapy Room’ . Bio – Jade Farrington (she/her) is a Disabled and multiply Neurodivergent counsellor and therapist based in Cornwall, UK. With experience across schools, youth services and the NHS, Jade now runs an independent practice supporting adults to build positive Neurodivergent identities and create lives that work for them. She also provides supervision and consultation to help professionals better support their Neurodivergent clients.
- Maria Kefalogianni – ‘Where the River meets the Rock’. Bio Bio – Maria Kefalogianni Creator of Presence-Centred Psychotherapy
& the Ancient Mother Spiral@ Supervisor / lecturer in Humanistic Psychotherapy / Supervision / Researcher – Writer in Studies of Consciousness and Divine Feminine and Embodied Awakening.
